Kids Need Chairs That Are The Right Size

Many parents think that  kids can sit on normal adults chairs and that special chairs for kids aren’t necessary. To some extend that is true if your child is sitting at the dinner table for a short period of time. However if you want your child to sit down at a table and draw, read a book play a game or anything else, then specially designed children’s chair are essential.

When I say specially designed children’s chairs all I mean is scaled down chairs. When you sit on a chair it fits you because all adult chairs are basically the same size. Now imagine sitting in a chair that is four times bigger than normal. Wouldn’t you find it uncomfortable and difficult to concentrate? Yes, and that’s exactly how kids feel.
